Graf von Faber-Castell has offered elegant and functional writing instruments for nearly 250 years _ combining timeless design with modern technology. The company was founded in 1761 by Kaspar Faber and is still owned and run by his descendents. They are proud to present the Faber-Castell Collection, a range of extraordinary writing instruments and accessories that embody "Luxury in Simplicity". Choose from one of these five finely made rollerball pens: The Classic Anello Ebony features a barrel made of several individual ebony wood segments separated by contrasting polished platinum-plated rings. The Chevron is graceful and elegant. The French word 'chevron' refers to a V shape or zig-zag pattern, a characteristic detail of this series. The filigree herringbone pattern engraved in the precious resin material of the barrel is both discreet and appealing. The Guilloche has a beautiful barrel. It is made from especially hard-wearing material. Piece by piece, a grain guilloche is engraved using a method normally used for jewellery or silver accessories. The barrel is then refined by hand-lacquering and polishing. The Pernambuco wood, normally used to make violin bows, has been carefully worked into a finely-ribbed barrel. Natural variations in grain and coloring ensure that every item is unique. This wood is particularly hard and durable. The Slim Line is 8mm diameter. This slender ballpoint exudes elegance with its discreet ribbed styling and hard-wearing palladium-coated metal construction. A sprung pocket clip and twist-action retracting mechanism complete the picture. An ideal traveling companion, especially in the pen loop of an organizer. Please allow ten to twelve business days for this item to ship.
