Key Responsibilities:

  

Support all departments as required including but not limited to:

  

  • Operations
    • Daily Facility Walk through
    • Support building management tasks – including IT, alarm, contractors and tenant requests

 

  • Production
    • Quality control circulation
    • Assist with open order reports
    • Preparing shipments, messengers, and hand deliveries

 

  • Retail Sales
    • Answering the phone
    • Assisting  Sales Associates with pulling samples, quote creation, and order preparation
    • Filing and locating customer paper files and plates in the archives
    • Store shifts including Saturday rotations
    • Inventory maintenance

  

  • Marketing & PR
    • Support our PR agency in pulling samples and fulfilling press requests
    • Create and maintain records of marketing and PR efforts
    • Assist the Marketing team in various projects and campaigns for new and repeat clients

 

  • Accounting
    • Work with production coordinator and management on weekly reports – retail store, online, partnership royalty
    • Inventory reports and marketing tracker spreadsheet

  

  • Other admin support as necessary

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 0-2 years experience in a support role
  • BA or BS degree
  • Self-starter – ability to work independently and to prioritize projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and good with numbers
  • Outgoing, positive, dynamic personality
  • Can do attitude, patient, persistent, professional, and efficient
  • A love of stationery and luxury goods is a plus!

Business Development Associate

Are you a highly motivated, bright, self-starter excited to work with our business development team? You will be immediately responsible for lead cultivation and creative collaboration with target partners. This role requires excellent client and project management skills. No two projects or clients are alike.

 

Are you a problem-solver with very careful attention to detail, eager to pick up the phone and close the deal, able to successfully multi-task, work well under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines? If you love luxury goods, can work with a range of personalities and projects, you will be successful in this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generate leads – new trade partners, shop-in-shop prospects, and collaboration partners
  • Manage a book of business against sales goals
  • Meet with prospective partners in person, on the phone and via email.
  • Day-to-day client management throughout order process
  • Manage projects from conception to product fulfillment
  • Work with designers, calligraphers and manufacturers to complete a project
  • Support business development team by maintaining selling tools, researching sales leads, cold calling, and executing follow up

 

What you need:

  • 0-2 years experience in luxury goods or event sales
  • BA or BS degree
  • Self-starter – ability to work independently and to prioritize projects
  • Critical thinker – ability to break down projects and problem solve quickly and effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfort with Excel and current order processing systems is helpful
  • Outgoing, positive, dynamic personality
  • Patient, persistent, professional, and efficient
  • A love of stationery and luxury goods is a plus!

 

Compensation:

  • Salary depending upon experience
  • Generous commission plan after 3 months

Graphic Designer

Do you love design, have a modern approach to creative, and an interest in learning more about supporting the tradition of engraving fine papers?  Do you want to work on a wide range of projects including but not limited to branding, new product development, marketing, as well as customer invitations & correspondence needs?  You will immediately jump in and work closely with our Creative Director in supporting all of the brands creative needs.

 Job Responsibilities:

 

PRODUCT DESIGN: Execute and manage projects from concept to production.

CLIENT WORK: Create client proofs for bespoke correspondence and invitations

MARKETING: Execute all marketing and client service requests – including line sheets, ISSUUs,     mock-ups, website images, email blasts and direct mail.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BFA or BA in a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional design abilities
  • Keen understanding of branding and how to implement our brand across initiatives
  • Must be comfortable juggling priorities and meeting firm deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual able to manage many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate positively across all levels of the organization.
  • Facile with Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML
  • Knowledge of MailChimp a plus
  • Solid sense of typography, design, and photography
  • Comfortable with the notion of marrying digital with print.
  • A love of luxury goods and the handwritten note
