To return a boxed item purchased at full price, please return the item to us unopened and in its original condition, along with your receipt. We do not accept returns of boxed merchandise purchased on sale; all sales of discounted boxed items are final. Refunds are made at management's sole discretion and only in the method of original payment.
Regrettably, personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned. In the unlikely event your order does not match the proof you approved, please contact us immediately so we may rectify the error.
